The Admissions Office organizes admission assessments and school day visits based on the student's upcoming grade level. Appointments are arranged once applications are submitted.

• PreK 2: Our program for two-year-olds is a developmental play-based initiative that does not require an admission evaluation. Children must be two years old by September 1st to enroll.
• PreK 3 and PreK 4: For these programs, students are evaluated on overall readiness and maturity. The Admissions Office will contact you to arrange an individual assessment for your child. Children must meet the age requirement by September 1st.
• Kindergarten: Students are required to visit the classroom and undergo an evaluation for readiness and maturity. The Admissions Office will reach out to schedule both the assessment and the classroom visit. To enroll in Kindergarten, children must be five years old by September 1st.
• 1st-10th Grade: Students will be paired with a buddy during their school visits. The Admissions Office will contact you to arrange an evaluation for your child.

Please provide the following documents and information for your application:

• A copy of the student’s birth certificate
• Current immunization record
• Health Statement (required for Preschool only)
• The most recent report card and the final report cards from the past three years
• Copies of past standardized test results
• Teacher Recommendation Form for PK3 through Kindergarten
• Teacher Recommendation Form for Grades 1 through 5
• Math and English Teacher Recommendation Form for Grades 6 through 10

9th Grade Applicants must also submit scores from the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam). You can register for the ISEE at www.iseetest.org. This exam can be taken at Education Specialists, LLC, Prometric Test Centers, virtually from home, or at any designated test site.

Once all required documents are submitted, a Parent Interview will be scheduled for applicants from Kindergarten through 9th grade.

The deadline for first-round admission consideration is January 9th, 2026. Cornerstone will continue accepting applications for any remaining openings after this date.

The Admission Committee will evaluate all applicants after receiving all necessary forms and school requirements. Decision letters will be sent to parents via email on March 6th, 2026.
