Middle School

Tuition Payment Options

Tuition for the 2023 – 2024 school year must be paid by one of the three payment options. All payments will be made through FACTS Tuition Management System and are subject to the Withdrawal Policy.

All tuition and fees are nonrefundable | Extended Care for Elementary and Middle School is a separate program, contract, and billing | Sibling discount of 5% tuition.

Elementary and Middle School Payment Options

3 Payment Options

Payment in Full - Full payment is due on June 1, 2024.
Two Equal Payments - Half of the annual tuition is due on June 1, 2024, and the other half is due on November 1, 2023. There is a 1.5% financing fee billed with this option.
Installment Option - Tuition is paid over a 10-month installment period (June 1, 2024 - March 1, 2025) for Elementary/Middle School. A 3% financing fee will be billed along with tuition for this plan. The signatories to this contract must supply their social security numbers if they elect the installment draft option.

All of our families are on the CCA Continuous Enrollment Program. The typical re-enrollment season (February 1-28) will simply be a communication reminder from the Admissions Office informing the families that might be thinking about leaving our school to notify us prior to the end of February. Current families that are planning on continuing the next school year need to do nothing. CCA families that are re-enrolled, but break the contract by unenrolling after February 28th, will be contractually obligated to pay a tuition penalty dependent on the date of unenrollment. Enrollment fees are nonrefundable. The Continuous Enrollment opt-out period, with no penalty, reoccurs every year during the month of February. If you choose to opt-out of continuous enrollment, you must notify Natalie Lange, Admissions Director, in writing by February 28.

CCA uses FACTS Grant and Aid (A Nelnet company) to process applications for financial aid. There is a $40 application fee paid to FACTS upon submission of application.
Financial aid applications are only considered for families who have applied and been accepted into Cornerstone Christian Academy.
Aid is not available for preschool students.
The maximum tuition assistance that can be awarded is 50% of annual tuition.
Your application cannot be considered by CCA until your supporting financial information is verified by FACTS. It is your responsibility to make sure FACTS receives and verifies all of your information. You can check on the status of your application on the FACTS Grant and Aid site or by calling FACTS Grant and Aid customer service at 866-441-4637.
FACTS Grant and Aid usually takes two weeks from the time you submit all required documentation to verify your application. Please consider this in relation to due dates listed below.
In the case of divorced or separated parents/guardians, CCA considers the assets of both parents/guardians before making award decisions. Therefore, both parents/guardians must submit all financial aid forms, regardless of custodial arrangements or educational expense agreements. There is complete confidentiality in regard to individual family financial reporting.
You are able to submit the application and your 2022 tax return if you have not completed your 2023 tax return yet. However, you will be required to submit your 2023 tax return by April 1, 2024, or any award that you may have been notified of may be revoked.
The first round of awards usually takes up a large percentage of our budgeted financial aid funds. It is to your advantage to get your application submitted as early as possible. Once funds are exhausted, we will no longer accept applications for aid.

Important Financial Assistance Dates

Current CCA Families- the FACTS Grant and Aid application website opens January 1, 2024. Please have all information submitted to FACTS Grant and Aid no later than February 15, 2024, to be considered for the first round of awards in March. While you may submit your application with your 2022 tax return, your 2023 tax return will be required by April 1, 2024, or any award you may have been notified of may be revoked.
