Application and Fees
PK 2 through 9th Grade application fee $250
New Student Enrollment Fee - Preschool $300; Kinder through 9th Grade $600
*All class supplies, technology, daily lunches, field trips, overnight camps, and service-learning trips are included in tuition.
Assessment and Student Visits
The Admissions Office schedules admission assessments and school day visits according to the grade level the student will be entering. Appointments are scheduled once applications are submitted.
PreK 2: Our two-year-old program is a developmental play program and requires no admission evaluation for entry. Children must be two years old to attend.
PreK 3 and PreK 4: Our program requires that students be evaluated for overall readiness and maturity. The Admission Office will call you to schedule an individual assessment for your child. Children must be of age by September 1st.
Kindergarten: Our program requires that students visit the classroom and be evaluated for overall readiness and maturity. The Admissions Office will call you to schedule an individual assessment and visit for your child. For Kindergarten entry, Students must be five years of age by September 1st.
1st - 9th Grade: Students are paired with a buddy during school visits. The Admission Office will call you to schedule your child’s evaluation.
Teacher Recommendations and School Records
Copy of student’s birth certificate
Current immunization record
Health Statement (Preschool only)
Most recent report card and final report cards for the past three years
Copies of past standardized tests
PK3 through Kindergarten - Teacher Recommendation Form
Grades 1st through 5th – Teacher Recommendation Form
Grades 6th through 9th – Math and English Teacher Recommendation Form
9th Grade Applicants are required to submit scores from the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam). Applicants will register for the ISEE through www.iseetest.org. Students may also take this exam at Education Specialists, LLC, Prometric Test Centers, virtually from their home, or any school offered as a test site.
Once all of the above items are submitted, we will schedule a Parent Interview for K-9th applicants.
Admissions Deadline
The deadline for consideration for first-round admission is January 15th, 2025. We will continue to accept applications for available openings after this date.
Admissions Decision
The Admission Committee will review all applicants once they have received all forms and school requirements.
Decision letters will be emailed to parents on March 7th, 2025.
